Caring For The Property

I take the same pride and care regardless of whether it's a 6,000 square-foot luxury home on 20 acres, a 3-bedroom, 2-bath starter home, or a mobile home. All homes deserve good photography.

That being said, deciding what photos to put here is hard. I do between 400 and 500 homes a year. If you figure even 25 photos per home (and I almost always provide more), that 10,000+ photos per year. So I picked some recent ones and some favorites.

My Portfolio

I've been doing this for almost twenty years, so there's lots of content to choose from. This is just a small sample. For recent work you might want to check out my Instagram.

Exteriors

First impressions matter. It used to be that real estate agents talked about curb appeal -- photography is the digital curb appeal, and the exterior of the home is the first thing potential buyers will see.

Interiors

Every home is different, and every seller gets to put their own touches on a home's interior spaces. My goal is to show those spaces as well as give potential buyers an idea of what they could do.

Aerial

Drone photography isn't right for every listing, but it might be right for yours. Drone photos can show the property, the neighborhood, and proximity to local amenities like parks and schools. I'm Part 107 licensed by the FAA.

Twilight

If your listing has spectacular windows, landscape, and lighting, twilight photography might be right for you.

Video

Video is already stored on Vimeo -- I like them more than YouTube for a variety of reasons -- so uploading it here seems redundant. As such, below is a link to VImeo.

I guess the most recent 4 posts I've made will show up here. I try to post daily or at least a number of times a week.
