For photography only I spit-ball 30-minutes for every 1,000 sq.ft. and that includes a floor-plan scan and, if needed, aerial photography. If doing a 3D plan, another 30 minutes per 1,000ft²

Photos will be delivered within 24 hours of completing photography. Usually the next morning. Video and virtually staged photos may take up to another 6-12 hours.

Every house is different, so this is hard to answer. An 1,800sq.ft. condo with no back yard is different than an 1,800sq.ft. house on 5 acres with a barn and RV parking.
